Terms and Conditions
This is an agreement that governs your use of the Krishna e Cosmic Solutions Suite of Online Business Productivity and Collaboration Software, if you are based in India, BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER “YOU” or “YOUR”). OUR GLOBAL TERMS OF SERVICE WILL APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BASED IN INDIA.
Sections of this Contract
The terms and conditions listed below (referred to as the "General Terms") and any additional terms and conditions pertaining to the usage of particular services (referred to as the "Service Specific Terms") make up this Agreement. The Service Specific Terms shall take precedence over the General Terms in the case of a dispute.
Acceptance of the Contract
To accept the Agreement, you must be of legal age to engage into a binding contract. Please do not use any of our services if you disagree with the General Terms. Do not use the relevant Service if you accept the General Terms but not any Service Specific Terms.
An explanation of the service
For enterprises, we offer cloud software and apps, together with related offline and mobile apps ("Service" or "Services"). You may use the Services for internal business purposes at the company you represent or for your own personal and professional usage. Any web browser that the Services support can be used to connect to them. Getting Internet access and the devices required to use the Services are your responsibility. Using your user account, you have the ability to publish and distribute information as well as create and amend it.
Free Trial
If you sign up for a free trial of one or more of Krishna e Cosmic Solutions' services, we will give you trial access to the relevant services at no cost until the earlier of (i) the end of the relevant services' free trial period (unless you terminate it earlier), (ii) the start of the relevant services' paid subscription period, or (iii) termination by Krishna e Cosmic Solutions at its sole discretion. Unless you (i) upgrade to the equivalent paid subscription plan for your account, (ii) purchase any Service upgrades, or (iii) export such data prior to the trial period, all data entered into the Services and any changes made during the free trial will be permanently erased.
Sign-up Requirements for Users
In order to utilize the Services, you are required to register for a user account and complete all necessary fields. If you are representing an organization and intend to use the Services for internal corporate purposes, we recommend that both you and other users from your organization register for user accounts using your corporate contact details, preferably your company email address. During the registration process, you agree to: (i) provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself; and (ii) promptly update the provided information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. Submission of false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, or any failure to do so, may result in consequences as determined by Krishna e Cosmic Solutions.
Limitations on Utilization
Along with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree not to: (i) transfer the Services or otherwise make them available to any third party; (ii) provide any service based on the Services without prior written permission; (iii) permit the sharing or use of user licenses by more than one person, other than through the process of assigning the license to a new user; (iv) attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services, unless permitted by applicable law; (v) use third party links to sites without agreeing to their terms and conditions; (vi) post links to third party sites or use their logo, company name, etc. without their prior written permission; (vii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
Spam and Unlawful Behaviour
By using the Services, you accept full responsibility for the content of your transmissions. You consent to refraining from using the Services for unlawful purposes or for the transmission of any content that violates the law, infringes upon the privacy of others (including their bodily privacy), is abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, paedophilic, harmful to children, obscene, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise objectionable; or that which violates or threatens to violate someone else's intellectual property or other rights. You acknowledge that you will not transmit "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "phishing," or unsolicited bulk email distribution through the usage of the Services. If there are legitimate reasons, we have the right to stop giving you access to the Services.
Applications from Third Parties
The goal of the integration of KeCS Services is to work with different third-party applications (sometimes called "Third Party Applications"). You may need to agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of each Third-Party Application in order to access and use them (henceforth referred to as the "Third Party Terms"). It is your responsibility to read and understand the Third-Party Terms in their entirety before accessing or using any Third-Party Application. You understand and concur that Third Party Applications are not the responsibility of Krishna e Cosmic Solutions. You understand and agree that Krishna e Cosmic Solutions retains the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to limit, restrict, or disable access to or remove any Third-Party Application, even though we will make every effort to give advance notice wherever practical.
Payments and Fees
The Services are offered as part of subscription programs with different time frames. Subscription plans with a length of less than a year can only be paid for with credit cards. Unless you downgrade your paid membership plan to a free plan or notify us that you do not desire to continue the subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period. The subscription price will be deducted from the credit card you last used at the time of automatic renewal. If you would prefer to use a different credit card to make the renewal payment, you have the opportunity to modify the data. You must notify us at least one month in advance if you desire to cancel your subscription.
